Event Staffing
Event staff models work at special occasions such as galas, award or recognition ceremonies, corporate meetings or dinners, holiday parties, launch parties, executive retreats, team building events, and other occasions. Responsibilities of event models vary based on the gig, but mostly they are there to help keep guests comfortable and to provide assistance as needed. Event staff models often contribute to networking and conversing with guests. At times, event staff models may be required to serve guests, assist with activities and help set the overall tone of the event. Event staff modeling requires an individual who has strong social skills and is approachable. Event staff members must also be collaborative and able to work as a team.
