I love being active and healthy—but I haven’t always been this way. When I was 16 years old, I told myself I was tired of being the smallest, skinniest, weakest kind around. So I did something about it. I began working out and focusing on my nutrition. Eventually I found my niche in calisthenics and body weight training. All the jobs I have pursued have followed the same track of being active and labor-intensive: tile setting, residential moving, package delivery.
