I am used to being the first face customers see and having to give information, samples, or explain products to customers. I was greeter for several companies and I also have experience working at conventions including the CES tradeshow 2019 & 2020, Magic tradeshow 2019, and the American Glass Expo, Offprice 2020, and others, as a badge scanner/event staff, brand ambassador, sales assistant, product demo/specialist, VIP host, and model. I had to keep track of each customer who visited and log information such as name, what they were there for & what happened with the customer. On top of the brand ambassador work I do, I also have plenty of customer service & sales experience and am used to approaching customers and giving them a brief introduction to products/services, conducting product demonstrations, logging prospective customer information, and closing sales.
