I received my B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Management from Unity College in 2016, where I also played college soccer. Following graduation, I spent the summer season in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado working at a mountain ecology center. After that I worked in Alabama until winter at a 4-H science school, where I taught environmental education courses to people of all ages. Then I tried my hand at fieldwork at a quail research ranch in Texas, where I assisted on a quail population study. I followed the fieldwork path by also assisting in a grouse population and management study in northern Colorado with the Parks and Wildlife department. My life changed when I entered the public school system and worked in special education for four years, while also completing an AmeriCorps term of service in the summer of 2018. I also served the Audubon Society's California chapter in the summer of 2019, and currently I am working for Wyoming Game and Fish as an outdoor educator. I am looking forward to becoming a muse and helping an artist realize their vision.
